Green infrastructure, a solution for resilient cities of the future

Conference organised by the French Facility for Global Environment (FFEM) and the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy

Green infrastructure plays a major role in encouraging urban development resilient to the effects of climate change. Community representatives from three different continents will share their perceptions of the challenges related to the multiple uses of these areas, and will present their strategies for integrated, shared development of their territory based on these green infrastructures. Original tools (a local observatory, a programme for the prevention of floods and town planning workshops) will be presented by the participants.
